Jazzercise continually varies the
choreography and music to bring a sense of new energy to each class. No
pre-registration is required; just arrive approximately 15 minutes prior
to the start of the class in order to sign in. Handheld weights,
exercise tubes, mats and filtered water for you water bottles is
provided. Jazzercise is the effective, total-body conditioning program
that will help you feel great, look terrific, and bring new energy to
your life.
