Cross Over Policy
Clients with an EFT Pass may use their pass for infrequent crossing over to other locations. For this option to be exercised it requires that the individual client locate the class they want to attend on the JCLS, contact the class owner at that location, and verify that they will accept the crossover EFT Pass.
Purchasing an EFT Pass at any location is subjected to the ticketing policies at the participating locations. Since all locations are franchise owned, there is no guarantee that your passes will crossover.

Notes:
● Our New Customer Special may not be combined with other offers.
● Occasional crossovers are possible with the EFT Pass only.
● EFT Class fees are automatically deducted from your checking account, on or about the first business day of each month.
● EFT accounts may not be put on hold, nor can any adjustments be made for less than a 3 month period. Early termination fee of $20 must be paid if cancelling EFT within the first 3 months.
● Joining Fees are non-refundable, and are not applicable toward class pass fees.
● Some health insurance companies reimburse for participating regularly in an exercise program. Check with your health insurance provider for details.
